We had a beautiful warm sunny day celebrating Ryder’s first birthday. Our family came up to our house and to stay for a long weekend. We had a lot of fun spending time together and celebrating Ryder turning one. Here is Ryder’s Peter Pan first birthday.
To set the tone and let guest know the theme of the party I sent out these adorable postcards by White Rabbit Press on Etsy. She has several other adorable prints so you should go check out her shop. Tay was really great to work with.
Guests were welcomed at the door with a framed Peter Pan silhouette and a sign letting them know that they arrived at Neverland. The backyard was turned into a Neverland play area for the kids.
We had Tinkerbell’s fairy Garden full of beautiful flowers and little fairy houses.
Next to that was the Lost boy’s hideout. Hiding from Captain Hook behind the vines in their underground camp.
In one corner of the yard we had Tiger lily’s Camp
In the other corner of the yard was Skull rock where Captain Hook’s pirate ship lay anchored.
The kids table was decorated with kid friendly toys for them to play with.
The Adult’s table was decorated with Peter Pan decorations as well.
Inside was the dessert table and where we also did Ryder’s cake.
Ryder ate his cake just like Arianna ate her cake on her first birthday, one little finger at a time.
We are so Thankful for this happy boy.
