    Welcome to Week 4 of the One Room Challenge. The coastal kids bathroom remodel is coming together nicely. I have made some great progress this week. I made a slight change to the design. My original plan was to paint the walls a beautiful light gray color, Titanium by Benjamin Moore to be exact. However once I had painted the walls with the primer I was really loving crisp white feel. I went with Dove White By Glidden which is the color of the trim.   • One Room Challenge Week 3 | How to Fill Baseboard Gaps

    Welcome back to week 3 of the One Room Challenge hosted by Calling It Home. If you are new you can check out Week 1 HERE and Week 2 HERE.   When I was priming the baseboards in the kid’s bathroom I came across a problem. As I painted I noticed these huge gaps between the wall and the baseboards. The gaps became more pronounced as I primed the walls as well. Not cool.     It wasn’t a matter of nailing the boards to the wall. I tried wiggling them to see if they were loose, but they were securely nailed to the wall.     Our Coastal bathroom remodel is moving along. I am glad this One Room Challenge  is over a time of a few weeks because having a toddler and a speed crawling baby makes it challenging to do most remodel work during the day. The Toddler can not be left unattended or else she decides to help herself to her own snacks, like half a pan of brownies.  How do you like my 90’s green counter tops by the way?
