• Neutral Nutcracker Tablescape

The Nutcracker. It is a Christmas classic full of color and sparkle and Christmas magic. I decided to take a new spin on the nutcracker Christmas decorations and create a Neutral Nutcracker Tablescape with just a small touch of color and the same amount of Christmas magic.     I had a few of these neutral nutcrackers already from a few years ago and I remember thinking when I created last years Christmas tablescape how fun it would be to create a neutral nutcracker tablescape for Christmas. Last year I didn’t have enough nutcrackers and by the time I started looking there weren’t any to be found as most…

  • Galvanized Christmas Village in the Entrance Way

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a great time with family eating all the yummy food and dessert. Afterwards we headed out for a little bit of Black Friday shopping. We took the kids along with us this year which wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. We headed out around 6pm so there were no long lines since the stores had started their deals earlier in the day. The only downside was that once we were done shopping we were all hungry again but all the restaurants and fast food were closed because of the holiday! I definitely need to bring snacks…

  • Thanksgiving Table Decorations

Many of us that are hosting Thanksgiving this year have begun to plan the menu for the big feasting day! While you may be dreaming about turkey with mountains of mashed potatoes and gravy and endless pie, lets not overlook the Thanksgiving table decorations! This year my Thanksgiving table has any natural elements to it that are easy to round up and some of which you may already have! I like to use natural pieces when decorating for the Thanksgiving holiday, because most of the time I can get them for free from my own yard!  This makes it more budget friendly and I don’t have to run out and…

  • DIY Burlap Sack Wall Art

Today I am going to show you how I made my DIY burlap sack wall art that I used in my living room fall decor this year. Its a quick DIY project that can be easily customized to have any phrase or saying that would fit your decor. Its a fun new way to decorate your walls too! I needed something to add to the space behind my little vintage farmhouse table in the living room. I wanted something rustic to go with my fall decor and I needed something to fill the space but be simple at the same time.     I have used burlap sacks in…
