Watching Joanna Gaines on Fixer upper has showed us how to take our decor to new heights and that practically anything can be used as wall decor. One of my favorite ways to add some texture to a room is with wall baskets. There are so many options and they can really add some dimension to a room.
First I am going to show you some beautifully styled spaces with farmhouse wall baskets and then I am going to share where you can find some of those baskets. How awesome is that!
First up is front door from Houzz.com This would work for people who might not have a lot of space to put plants around their front door.
Stairways can often be a hard area to decorate. I love this idea of adding hanging baskets full of different fun plants to liven up the area. That is if you can keep plants alive. If your like me, a member of the black thumb community, you have to use faux plants.
I absolutely adore this living room setup. Those baskets on the walls filled with cotton stems are styled perfectly and a great element of texture that fills up the space.
You can use wall baskets for practical uses too. Like using them holding utensils in a cute unexpected way.
This set up from Mary at This Little Home of Ours is stunning. I love the simplicity of the greenery in a basket hanging in the front. It adds another layer of detail and texture.
Add some Vertical storage by adding wall baskets in your kitchen.
You can dress up a narrow entrance way by adding some wall hooks and some hanging wall baskets.
